2 Bedroom Apartment in Agia Fyla

The apartment is located in the area of Agia Fyla, on a panoramic plot on a south-facing hill with an unobstructed view of the city. It consists of eight apartments in total.

Particular emphasis in the design was given to the functionality of the spaces and the inclusion of the view in the most important spaces of the apartments, while the biggest challenge that was called to be addressed concerned the integration of the building into the natural environment since this plot consisted of strong elevation differences.

The architecture is simple, modern and contemporary with a single linear development of all important spaces parallel to the view, which is unobstructed thanks to the large balcony windows and the big height difference of the lot from the front neighbouring plots. More specifically, the living room and the master bedroom of each apartment are developed along the covered terrace and the view, while the second bedroom is located in a more private zone.

The entrance to the apartment building is from the east side of the plot with the specially designed gate which ensures the privacy and security of the tenants. The building is an apartment building with timeless materials that are in perfect harmony with the environment, aiming to redefine the modern way of life.
